Telephone Assurance (TAP)
Our Telephone Assurance Program matches isolated seniors with a volunteer who will check-in via a telephone call at a scheduled time to ensure the client is well. If the client does not answer the phone during the scheduled call time, the volunteer will call the clients emergency contact person who will then follow up with the client.
